Some people don't like Valentine's Day. I totally understand. There are times when I don't like it too. However, I'd rather show my love for people every day, but it's nice to know that there is, at the very least, ONE day in the year devoted to the exhibition of love - romance-wise or friendship-type. It's great to see people unabashed about showing that they care. Oh wait. They aren't - why else would they sign a card as anonymous?

In this pic, a boy is holding in his hands a heart within an orb filled with water. It flutters upward on black wings, leaving magical dust behind.
I'd rather focus on the girl's expression though, which is one of the reasons why I blocked the guy's face. When she sees the boy's representation of his love, her jaw slightly drops in an expression of feminine surprise!

Whether or not girls (and guys) expect a V-day gift, they always seem dumbfounded, even if it's only for a second or two. I should know. I had a pleasant DA V-day surprise last week: Thanks a bunch, *sml-e, for being meh DA Valentine.

I especially love the reflection of the heart bauble in her eyes and, of course, the heart bauble itself.
